Bereavement Care
Losing a loved feels like a tragedy that will never end. But with the support of people who can provide you with objective information, lend you a listening ear, and extend encouragement regularly, the pain of loss can become something that is easier to handle.
What is bereavement care?
Bereavement care is what we provide to the family members of the patient once he already crosses to the after-life. We do this by extending support through our staff and member of the interdisciplinary team assigned to the patient, assist in the memorial and burial service, regular visit and sending of support letters and other informative materials, and endorsement to a grief therapist, support community and even in handling legal matters.
